Tailored to the needs of Dutch employees doing business with Americans, this highly interactive workshop is designed to provide a deep understanding of American business practices, including marketing, sales, trust-building, decision making, management and communication.
Providing more than just a list of “do’s and don’ts” , this workshop dives into underlying reasons for differing expectations and how assumptions can influence communication and cooperation.
To work effectively across cultures, it's crucial to know and appreciate both your own culture and the culture you're working with. Through role play, particpants learn to connect and make the most of cultural diversity.
By assessing their own communication style and comparing it with typical American management preferences, participants develop personalized strategies participants develop personalized strategies for successful interactions with Americans, bridging often invisible cultural gaps.
Upon completing the workshop, participants will:
