Since then, numerous studies have confirmed that diversity and effective cross-cultural communication are one of the main keys to successful international ventures.

5.Assume Positive Intent: Adopting a mindset of openness and goodwill can result in constructive dialogue and collaboration across cultures. By assuming positive intent, we create an atmosphere for productive exchange and mutual respect.
